‘Barber’ left Keef’s Engineering Works last autumn and is now safely back in Alston, Cumbria on the South Tynedale Railway Preservation Society line where it will be pulling passengers (something it never did in its working life as a rugged little industrial engine consigned to pulling coal trucks and pushing tar wagons across New Park & Bilton!) from April/May in time for the spring holidays!
The BARBER Restoration Project and Fund are co-ordinated and managed for BARBER by Trustees of the South Tynedale Railway Preservation Society.
